We are excited to introduce a new, alternative logo for 2020 that will be displayed on all uniforms this season.  A great big thank you to our Fields and Building Director, Dale Cooley, for designing our alternate logo.  Dale also designed our 65th Anniversary logo that we unveiled on Opening Day last year to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the BGSL.



This new logo will not replace our traditional and infamous logo, displaying the Barrington B with a softball behind it, that was designed by former Board member and long time coach Ron Oppermann, it will merely serve as an alternate logo that we will wear in 2020 and offer in our apparel stores as well.

The new logo was inspired by the iconic logo of the Milwaukee Brewers, which they used between the years 1978 - 1993.  With clever hidden imagery using the first letter of their city (M) and the first letter of their nickname (B) to form into a baseball glove with a ball in it, they were way ahead of their time.  It is one of the greatest logos in sports history.



All players in divisions 10U and older will wear softball jerseys displayed below.  Girls in 8U and T-ball Clinic will wear t-shirts with the new logo as part of their uniforms.
